Shida is very much like most young working Malay mothers out there. It is her desire to be able to provide the best she can for her family and is constantly looking for ways to earn whatever she can, no matter how little.
She is a graduate in Art and Design and was working as a jewellery designer for a well-known jewellery chain earning about RM2,000 a month. To earn more for the family, this resourceful lady peddled household goods like detergents on the streets to earn an extra RM200 every month.
She chose to do this business because “things are different here”. The difference is that with guidance from her coach, she made RM35,000 dong this business part-time in her first 5 months, and to date has earned a total of RM100,000 in 2½ years. Because of this, she has quit her job and can now spend time with her family while doing her business.
